Job Description:
PM Kidz is seeking passionate and skilled speech therapist to join our rapidly expanding Speech Therapy Department. As we strive to provide top-quality care and support to our diverse patient population, we are looking for a dedicated professional who is committed to making a positive impact in the field of speech therapy.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs. Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to improve communication skills. Provide one-on-one or group therapy sessions, depending on patient requirements. Monitor and track progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, psychologists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Educate and involve family members in the therapy process, providing them with guidance and support.
Job Requirements:
Valid license or certification as a speech therapist. Experience in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions. Strong knowledge of various speech and language disorders, as well as treatment approaches. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and their families. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with current research.
