Appointment Booking

When booking an appointment, please:
- Select whether you are a new or returning patient
- Choose the appointment type (well visit, acute visit, or same-day sick visit )
- Select your preferred office location
- Choose your preferred date and time
- Select your preferred provider (note: this does not guarantee you will see this provider)
- Submit your request — you will receive an email/text confirmation. If there are any issues, our team will contact you regarding your appointment.

After-Hours Telehealth Visits
‍Online scheduling is not available for after-hours telehealth visits. To schedule an after-hours appointment, please call our office at 240-585-7128.

Insurance Disclaimer
Please note that some insurance plans require patients to designate PM Kidz as their Primary Care Provider (PCP) in order for services to be covered. Our team will review all appointment requests for insurance eligibility. If any changes are needed to ensure coverage, a member of our staff will contact you with the next steps. Appointment requests are not finalized until insurance eligibility is confirmed.
